Natural Battery Technologies Develops High Performance Batteries with Safety Parameters

Jaipur, India – Natural Battery Technologies, a leading Lithium-Ion Battery manufacturer in India based in Rajasthan, is actively developing high-performance batteries with enhanced safety features. The battery packs are weatherproof and have sturdy external closures. The battery is made of shock-proof material to endure high-speed impacts.

The battery packs are designed in such a manner that they can be fitted into a compact space, allowing for more capacity. Not only will the interiors be more fashionable with smaller battery packs, but they will also provide more mileage and efficiency. The battery packs will be outfitted with smart features that will enable tracking for fleet operators. Furthermore, this tracking system will assist manufacturers in monitoring the health of long-range batteries, and customers will be able to comprehend the condition of the battery prior to any travel.

The batteries will be swappable within e-bikes and e-scooters, helping to supplement the currently deficient charging infrastructure. Swapping infrastructure will necessitate good battery backups for each vehicle that will make a stop to get recharged batteries. The quality and performance of these long-ranged batteries will ensure demand and competitiveness in such a market. In comparison to normal scooter batteries, which have a range of 75-150kms, the company with the long-range batteries can permit mileage of two wheelers of more than 250km.

Stating that high-performance, long-range batteries are one of the offerings that the company is currently presenting in the market, with the battery being one of the most significant OEMs for electric vehicles and Natural Battery aiming to be at the forefront of the supply chain, Puneet Jain, CEO, Natural Battery Technologies, said, “It has been our constant endeavour to provide the best for the market and develop technology for future. Batteries are going to be the future power source for a lot of appliances, especially vehicles. Green batteries that have bigger and better capacity will provide more mileage and efficiency to the electric vehicles.”

Emphasizing the Finance Minister’s announcement of a battery swapping policy during the Budget 2022 speech, which has expanded the possibilities, Jain added, “Till date, OEMs were differentiating between batteries through different shapes, sizes and capacity that are being fitted in each of the electric cars. But swapping will mean there will be guidelines on the shape and size of the battery which can ensure interoperability. All the battery brands will become compatible to electric cars—very much like cooking gas cylinders that we use at home, which has a standard size and weight. The battery swapping policy, once it comes in the market, will open up a huge possibility.”
