Forms and Gears to Offer Turnkey Engineering Solutions 

This year marks the 51st year of one of Asia’s oldest and best-known fixture building company Forms and Gears. A pioneer on the fixture building front, Forms and Gears has been at the forefront of a number of landmark projects in India and abroad for over five decades.

Forms and Gears is now rolling out Turnkey Engineering Services to its Clients. The company will operate in conjunction with a host of trusted partners to deliver to clients the very best that the world of manufacturing has to offer right from conceptualisation to implementation and aftercare. These  complete machining solutions provide an end-to-end option that allows manufacturers to source everything they require from a single window.

Reji Varghese Managing Director, Forms and Gears says, "With many turnkey solution providers, the options will likely be overengineered and costly as there is a big margin that is added on. However, solutions from Forms and Gears stand out as a result of our ability to design custom solutions, specific to an individual’s needs".

Forms and Gears was founded in 1972 by RT Varghese, a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur. After his passing away in 2001, the company has been run by his son and daughter Reji Varghese and Annu Varghese. 

In 2018, a majority stake in Forms and Gears was acquired by ASM Technologies, a publicly listed Engineering Services and Design company. ASM has 1,400 engineers across the world and there is now a separate dedicated design team for Fixtures, Special Machines, etc. at Whitefield, Bangalore.
