SPRAY PAINT BOOTHS
Spray Paint Booth DB-15 from Techexpert Engineering has the following features:
Fiber Laser & CNC Technology: The panels are manufactured of premium 18 gauge galvanized steel, and processed with fiber laser and CNC bending technology allowing for high-quality standard of easy nut and bolt assembly.
Exhaust Fan: The fan typically operates at low dBa noise levels, below OSHA limits.
High-Efficiency Motor: High-efficiency performance electric motors are used to match the high-efficiency performance of the exhaust fan with three phase option.
Exhaust Filters: Double filtration system is designed with a special fiberglass filter and metallic filter to remove paint particles efficiently. The differential pressure gauge (manometer) properly manages filter maintenance.
Lighting: High-efficiency lighting fixtures are designed for mounting outside the booth. Industrial-rated fixtures are used.
Essential Accessories: All necessary accessories are supplied along with the paint booth.
Aesthetic of spray booth: Powder-coated or liquid paint panels in twin colors are provided. Custom-made booths are also available.
