The first model of a new Bruderer high-precision stamping press product series will celebrate its world premiere outside Europe at IMTEX FORMING 2023.

With the BSTL 350-88, Bruderer presents a completely new press development based on the established technology of the BSTA series. ‘Built with your needs in mind’ is the strapline.

Bruderer has created a press that fits the needs of customers in the 3C market with high-volume production of small and miniature parts. As a fixed-stroke press, the BSTL comes into its own when precision and continuity are required. Its main characteristics are a choice of four fixed strokes, a tool loading area of 880 mm, a maximum speed of 1200 spm, and up to 30 percent less energy consumption. Operation is via a user-friendly interface with a customizable new tile look. The customer can access the control system with different devices via a web browser. Remote maintenance is state-of-the-art and offers the highest cyber security. The BSTL is offered complete with a new generation servo feed unit, which makes it the perfect press for the application areas of Communications, Consumer Electronics, Computing Electronics, Automotive industry, and Industrial and Household Appliances. Thanks to its streamlined functions, the new BSTL is offered at an extremely interesting price-performance ratio.

The matching servo drive type BSV 120L or LT respectively can be used on its own or in tandem for push-pull or as a two-track set-up for wide strips and also includes measuring the strip width.

The first machines will be delivered in the spring of 2024.
