National Productivity Summit 2025

Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA) will organize the 19th edition of the National Productivity Summit (NPS 2025) on November 13 – 14, 2025, in Ahmedabad. As part of the event, IMTMA - ACE MICROMATIC Productivity Championship Awards will also be presented, recognizing outstanding productivity achievements across the Indian manufacturing sector.

NPS 2025 will bring together productivity leaders, champions, and aspiring professionals on a common platform to share experiences, ideas, and network with decision-makers, experts, peers, researchers, academia, customers, and companies with productivity solutions. The Summit will showcase a wide range of productivity improvements in manufacturing through inspiring keynote speeches, live case study presentations, plant visits, and success stories from manufacturing companies.

Exclusive Plant Visits to Leading Facilities

Plant visits to Bosch Rexroth India, Harsha Engineers International Ltd, Milacron India, SLTL Group, Gabriel India Ltd, and Adient India Pvt Ltd will be organized on November 12, 2025 with the aim to provide the delegates an opportunity to witness the best manufacturing practices on the shopfloor in these companies.

Spotlight on Automotive, Non-Automotive, and SME Sectors
IMTMA - ACE MICROMATIC Productivity Championship Awards 2025 will also be presented during the Summit. Sponsored by AceMicromatic Group, the awards symbolize high productivity standards achieved by the Indian manufacturing companies and present a platform for players in the Automotive, Non-Automotive, and SME sectors to showcase their successful productivity improvement projects.

Following are the companies that will present their case studies over November 13 – 14, 2025: Kiswok Industries Pvt Ltd, ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd, Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts Pvt Ltd, and Ashok Leyland Ltd from the Automotive sector; Aquspumps Industries, Titan Company Ltd, ELGI Equipments Ltd, Tata Electronics Pvt Ltd, and Kirloskar Toyota Textile Machinery Pvt Ltd from the Non-automotive sector; and Laxmi Drucken Komponents Pvt Ltd, Mekhos Technology Services Pvt Ltd, and Korrocoat Polymers Pvt Ltd from the SME sector.

Overall, the Summit will highlight why companies need to adopt an integrated approach to boost manufacturing productivity and explain how to prepare their people, processes, and technology for the journey towards productivity excellence.
