HDP Series for Heavy-Duty Forging

The HDP Series is a hot forging press powered by a double-drive system, designed for the production of CV joints, links, spindles, and shaft-type components. Built around a high-rigidity, integral frame with tie rods inserted across the full HDP range, the press delivers high forming force while minimizing frame elongation under load.

For large-capacity applications above 2,500 tonne, the HDP Series adopts a two-point pitman structure that significantly reduces eccentric loading, enabling high-accuracy forging even in multi-process production lines. Precision is further enhanced by a high-accuracy slide combined with an eight-surface adjustable guide gib system, providing stable guidance in both front-to-back and side-to-side directions.

In addition, the double-drive system—featuring a robust main gear and pinion gear arrangement—improves torque transmission and maximizes energy efficiency.
