At IMTEX 2026, the Group will be showcasing its Integrated Conveyor Idler Roller Manufacturing Line, designed to convert labour-intensive operations into a high-speed, precision-driven process.

At the heart of this solution is TL Pathak Group’s ‘Double-Ended’ technology. Using Twin Head Automatic Welding and Double-Ended Boring Machines, both sides of the roller are processed simultaneously, ensuring absolute concentricity and zero vibration—key factors in extending conveyor belt life—while delivering an output of 300–400 rollers per shift.

The fully automated line, covering processes from hydraulic bearing pressing to uniform bead finishing, substantially lowers per-unit costs and reduces operator fatigue. Designed for the demanding needs of modern mining and infrastructure projects, the system offers a decisive upgrade from manual, inconsistent methods to speed, reliability, and repeatable quality.
