The GX Series is HSG’s entry-level high-power 2D laser cutting solution, designed to deliver professional performance with outstanding cost efficiency. Fine-tuned by HSG’s global R&D team in Kanagawa, Tokyo, the GX Series reflects HSG’s continuous innovation in laser optics and motion control technology.

Covering a laser power range from 3 kW to 30 kW, the GX Series features an optimized transmission system that precisely matches optical inertia ratios for stable and efficient high-power cutting. With acceleration up to 1.5 G and a maximum linkage speed of 140 m/min, it provides reliable dynamic performance across a wide range of metal fabrication applications.

Productivity is enhanced by the dual exchange platform, allowing cutting to run simultaneously with loading and unloading, significantly reducing idle time and improving throughput.

Powered by the Alpha T bus control system, the GX Series offers intelligent path optimization, smart nesting, non-sensory piercing, and cutting-head movement avoidance—making high-power laser cutting easier, more precise, and more consistent.
