Won Jong Kim Assumes Chairmanship of Korea Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association

Won Jong Kim, President, DN Solutions, has assumed office as the new Chairman of the Korea Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (KOMMA), effective February 26, 2026.

KOMMA plays a central role in advancing the competitiveness of Korea’s machine tool industry by supporting technological development, promoting exports, and fostering collaboration among member companies. The association also organizes one of Asia’s leading manufacturing technology exhibitions, SIMTOS, the Seoul International Manufacturing Technology Show, which showcases cutting-edge innovations and brings together global industry stakeholders.

DN Solutions is a globally recognized manufacturer of CNC machine tools and smart manufacturing solutions, serving key sectors such as automotive, aerospace, energy and medical equipment. Under Kim’s leadership, the association is expected to further strengthen industry collaboration, innovation, and Korea’s global standing in advanced manufacturing.
