Belrise Industries Acquires UK-Based Chester Hall Precision Engineering

Pune, India – Belrise Industries Ltd (BIL), one of India’s leading integrated automotive component manufacturers with a diverse portfolio of safety-critical systems and engineering solutions, announced that its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Belrise UK Holdings Ltd, has signed a definitive Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100 percent of the issued share capital of Chester Hall Precision Engineering Holdings Ltd (hereafter referred to as Chester Hall)—a United Kingdom-based precision engineering group serving the global aerospace, space, and defence sectors.

Chester Hall is a specialist in machining aerostructures, aero-engine components, and satellite parts, with deep relationships across marquee global aerospace customers. It works with the world’s largest aircraft and space OEM, as well as a leading French Aircraft Engine OEM, and serves as a single-source supplier for most of the programs it participates in, highlighting its criticality and high-entry barriers.

The company possesses strong expertise across a wide range of aerospace alloys and exotic materials, including titanium and high-grade aluminum, enabling it to deliver components with the high precision required in the aerospace sector. In addition to its manufacturing capabilities, Chester Hall is also a specialist in concurrent design and development of components for its customers, playing a key-role in the engineering of mission-critical components.

The acquisition was completed at an EV/EBITDA multiple of 6x and is expected to be both EPS-accretive and ROCE-accretive from day one. There will be a certain deferred consideration based on Chester Hall’s CY26 performance.

With revenues of ~£18.5 million GBP and an enterprise value of £13.2 million GBP, the transaction represents a defining milestone in Belrise’s evolution as a diversified global engineering and manufacturing platform, marking a deliberate and strategic entry into high-value aerospace and space manufacturing.
