Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd, a leading CNC machine tool manufacturer, has received approval for a capital investment (capex) proposal of INR 1,020.65 crore over the next five years at its existing manufacturing facility in Rajkot, Gujarat. The proposal has been approved under the Electronic Components Manufacturing Scheme of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
The investment will support expansion of the company’s installed capacity and the development of a backward-integrated manufacturing facility for electronic devices used in CNC machines. Under the scheme, the company will be eligible for a capex incentive of up to 25 percent on the investments, subject to the stipulations made under the Scheme and Approval Letter issued by Meity on August 17, 2026.
The investment is expected to further enhance Jyoti CNC’s manufacturing capacity and boost its in-house manufacturing capacity of critical electronic components for CNC machine tools. The move also reflects the company's expansion plans to meet future production demands.
