NIIT and Salesforce Collaborate to Close Emerging Talent Skill Gaps

New Delhi, India – NIIT Ltd, a leading global talent development corporation, recently announced its appointment as a Salesforce Authorized Training Partner. Salesforce is the global leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The collaboration will address the Salesforce Ecosystem’s exponentially growing demand for Salesforce-skilled talent, which is being driven by the rapid adoption of Salesforce technologies. All programs offered through this collaboration will be taught by experienced faculty who have been certified by Salesforce.

NIIT will offer Salesforce programs to recent graduates and working professionals in order to develop a pan-India talent pool of Salesforce Certified Professionals.

Graduates of these programs will have increased networking opportunities with some of the country’s largest companies, including GSIs, GCCs, and India Enterprises. According to Fortune Business Insights research, the global CRM market is expected to reach US$ 128.97 billion by 2028, up from US$ 58.04 billion in 2021, with a CAGR of 12.1 percent between 2021 and 2028. Separately, as per International Data Corporation (IDC) research, Salesforce and its ecosystem of partners in India will create 1,328,200 jobs among Salesforce customers in the country by 2026, including 5,69,800 direct jobs and 7,58,400 indirect jobs.
