IG Drones Bags Contract For Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project Monitoring

Noida, India – IG Drones, India’s leading enterprise drone solution provider, has won a contract to monitor the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project. The Project is a high-speed railway network that links Mumbai to Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It is anticipated to be completed by 2024 and seeks to provide faster and more efficient transportation, which will aid in the region’s economic growth. The company will use drones developed indigenously to provide periodic monitoring of the work progress on the ground.

The drones are outfitted with sophisticated sensors capable of capturing high-resolution images, videos, and other data from the ground, and this data is then processed using IG One, their proprietary software that provides deep technical insights and analytics that can be used to track the project’s progress in real-time. Drones are becoming increasingly common in infrastructure projects due to their efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness, as well as their ability to reduce the need for manual labor and save substantial time and money. These can be used to monitor building progress, evaluate work quality, and spot potential issues that may arise during the construction process. The company’s sophisticated drone technology will allow them to provide detailed technical insights and analytics to government officials and statutory bodies, allowing them to track the project’s progress in real-time and improve safety and security.

Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister for Railways, Communications and Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, recently launched India’s first 5G-enabled drone, Skyhawk, developed by IG Drones, which is equipped with sophisticated sensors and artificial intelligence capabilities, making it ideal for a wide range of applications, from border surveillance to medical and defense sectors. With its cutting-edge drone technology and commitment to innovation, the company is poised to lead the way in the drone industry and contribute significantly to India’s infrastructure development.

Bodhisattwa Sanghapriya, Founder and CEO, IG Drones, expressed delight at having won this prestigious contract to provide periodic monitoring of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project and reiterated that its indigenously developed drones are outfitted with cutting-edge technology and sophisticated sensors capable of capturing high-resolution images, videos, and other data from the ground. He is confident that the company’s drone technology will enable them to provide deep technical insights and analytics to government officials and statutory bodies, allowing them to monitor the project’s progress in real-time.
