DN Solutions to Showcase Cutting-Edge Machine Tools and Innovations at EMO Hannover 2023

Changwon, South Korea – DN Solutions, a prominent player in the global machine tool industry, has announced that it will participate in the largest machine tool fair ‘EMO Hannover’. The company aims to showcase its cutting-edge machine tools and innovative solutions at the event. EMO 2023, themed ‘Future Insight’, will be held in Hannover, Germany from September 18-23. It has prepared an impressive lineup of 19 machines and solutions across three sections: Flexible Automation, Real Digitalization, and Green Forward.

In the Flexible Automation section, the company will demonstrate more advanced automation solutions in collaboration with various companies specialized in automation, including robot automation. Visitors will witness the seamless integration of various work handling solutions, such as robots, gantry systems, and pallet handling solutions, into its advanced machine tools. The section will exhibit automation solutions that utilize the compact turning center LYNX 2100LSYB and the collaborative robot COBOT, and automation solutions that apply the gantry loader to the high-productivity two-spindle horizontal turning center PUMA TW2600M. Additionally, the company will boast of its technological prowess, which is improved by expanding the automation area, such as applying the rotary pallet system to the high-productivity horizontal machining center NHP 5000 and applying AWC to the compact 5-axis vertical machining center DVF 4000.

In the Real Digitalization section, the company will introduce smart manufacturing solutions based on user-friendly digital transformation technology. DN Solution will actively emphasize the benefits of digital twin technology, such as minimizing risks through virtual verification and reducing machine setup time. With multi-tasking machining turning center SMX3100ST, DN Solutions will also exhibit the skiving machining technology using the table turning function. Additionally, live machining demonstrations will be conducted, carefully selecting machining items to effectively showcase the unique features and characteristics of each machine.

The Green Forward section will exhibit the energy-saving solutions of the company, which lead to environmental protection, such as the mist-free solution for oil mist purification, and the power consumption monitoring system. Specifically, the mist-free solution offers the advantage of minimizing motor power, resulting in reduced power and maintenance costs. In pursuit of this goal, the solution is designed to be compact, transitioning from a factory unit to a machine tool unit.

Additionally, visitors can see DN Solutions’ multi-tasking machine, SMX2100ST, at the Siemens booth. Through cooperation with Siemens, the SMX2100ST has been equipped with SINUMERIK ONE, Siemens’ CNC optimized for digital twin technology.
