AMS has introduced a new, high-precision machine — the 850V with Siemens Controller. Compact and cost-competitive, this feature-rich model is ideal for high-precision vertical machining applications.
The 850V is a rigid and accurate machining center with an ergonomically designed structure that ensures excellent stability and a smooth surface finish. It is particularly suited for machining die and mold components. The incorporation of high-precision LM guideways and ball screws enables the machine to achieve superior accuracy and high productivity.
With a compact footprint, rigid structure, and high-speed performance, the 850V guarantees consistent output and enhanced machining efficiency.
Key Features
The machine offers several advanced features, including a spindle speed of up to 15,000 rpm, a 24-tool fast automatic tool changer (ATC), and a BT-40 spindle taper. It delivers rapid feed rates of 36 m/min across all axes and a spindle power of 11/7.5 kW. The design also includes front chip disposal, coolant through spindle, and options for a 4th and 5th axis rotary table along with a DM Kit, further expanding its capabilities.
