Ace Designers’ ED Mill for Corporate Training

ED-MILL is the next-generation desktop version of a milling machine, designed for enhancing future-generation skills. It is an indigenously designed, smallest machining center from Ace Designers Ltd-Machining Centre Division. ED-MILL is apt for training and development initiatives in corporate training centers and technical education institutions. It is a portable yet powerful machine suitable for machining non-metals like wood and nylon, and metals like brass and aluminum.

The machine is equipped with a Syntec CNC control system and features X, Y, and Z-axis travels of 160 mm, 260 mm, and 80 mm, respectively. The table measures 460 mm × 270 mm, supporting a maximum load of 10 kg. The spindle delivers 0.8 kW of power, reaching speeds up to 15,000 rpm.
