Position : Sales Manager

Location : Pune

Key Requirements :

• The candidate should be a Diploma Holder / BTech/BE in Mechanical or equivalent with 10-12 years of experience with a minimum 10 years of experience in sales of Carbide Cutting Tool;
• He should have knowledge of Metal Cutting Process, Tool Room of Automotive & Engineering industry, Exposure of Engineering / Manufacturing Process.

Job Description :

• Managing the sales activities and achieving increased sales growth across the region for products like Carbide Cutting Tools, Hydraulic, Mechanical and Heat Shrinking Tool Holders;
• Managing sales of value-added products in segments like Automotive, General Engg, Construction etc.;
• Being well-versed with Tool Room of Automotive and Engineering companies;
• Identifying and developing potential direct customers, recommending and establishing dealers / distributors
  in existing / new markets in order to meet the sales plan objectives.
• Providing market intelligence on competition, pricing trends, sales promotions and customers etc. in order to enable effective implementation of business plans;
• Preparing and recommending sales forecast and sales plan and providing input for business planning so as to
  establish and agree sales plan and sales objectives for the region;
• Being responsible for serving existing accounts while growing the sales region with the inclusion of new accounts;
• Developing OEM customers having requirement of different kind of carbide cutting tools;
• Determining annual sales forcast and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and sales plans;
• Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and prevailing market scenario;
• Tracking, monitoring and evaluating sales data for ensuring satisfaction of sales objectives.
