Schneider Electric India Gets New VP for its Industrial Automation Business

New Delhi, India – Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has appointed Senthil Kumar Venkataramanujulu as Vice President, Industry Business, Schneider Electric India. Venkataramanujulu’s appointment comes at a time when digital adoption has skyrocketed as a result of the pandemic, with businesses recognizing the unprecedented possibilities of IIoT in building efficiencies across the entire system of an industrial operation. In his new role, he will not only promote the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform across enterprises to increase efficiencies and take it to new heights, but he will also accelerate the next generation of software-centric offerings, enabling a transition from the existing technology paradigm.

He worked with Eurotherm, which was part of the Invensys Group and became associated with Schneider Electric in 2013 after the company acquired Invensys. Since then, he has been constantly steering the company’s growth through internal and external reorganization and restructuring. With over 28 years of industry experience, his leadership engagement, strategic & profitable growth mindset, and operational efficiencies set him apart from his peers. He has a strong foothold over multiple industrial segments including Semiconductors, Automotive & Aerospace, Pharma, Glass, Pulp & Paper, Rubber, and Tyre.
