The HARTING Technology Group has introduced the new PushPull V4 Power QuickLock, an innovative addition to the proven PushPull connector family. This new product features Han QuickLock termination technology, enabling fast and tool-less assembly directly on site.
The PushPull V4 Power QuickLock connectors provide a reliable and user-friendly solution for power supply in compact and robust applications. Thanks to the QuickLock technology, users benefit from field-assembly without the need for special tools – ideal for flexible use in automation, machinery, robotics, railway and other industry and outdoor applications.
Compact, Powerful, and Safe
The new PushPull V4 Power QuickLock variants are plug-compatible with existing PushPull Power connectors with crimp connections while offering several significant advantages. They enable tool-less assembly using Han QuickLock technology and feature a compact housing with a high protection class of IP65/67. Despite their minimal space requirements, they provide high current-carrying capacity and incorporate an innovative PushPull locking mechanism with an audible “click” for secure engagement. The connectors also ensure touch-proof protection on both the plug and receptacle sides for safe installation. In addition, they offer four different coding variants without loss of contact, along with various termination technologies to support flexible and individual device integration.
Technical Highlights
The connector features Han QuickLock termination technology and provides touch-proof protection in accordance with IEC DIN EN 60529 standards. It supports flexible conductor cross-sections ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 sq mm and is available in two configurations: 48 V DC/12 A (4-pole) and 250 V AC/16 A (2-pole + PE), ensuring suitability for a range of industrial power applications.
Versatile Applications
The HARTING PushPull connector family is the universal solution for transmitting power, signals, and data in industrial environments. Easy handling, high assembly density, and outstanding signal integrity make PushPull a preferred choice for modern industrial electronics.
