CERATIZIT Announces Oliver Sax as Executive Board Member

Mamer, Luxembourg – CERATIZIT, a high‑technology engineering group, announces a change in its Executive Board effective March 1, 2026. Oliver Sax has been appointed as a member of the company’s Executive Board. In his new role, he will be responsible for the Branded and Private Label Cutting Tools business, including global Sales and Marketing activities. Sax succeeds Melissa Albeck, who has handed over her responsibilities on the CERATIZIT Executive Board and has left the Plansee Group.

Sax brings many years of international experience in the tooling industry. Prior to joining CERATIZIT, he held senior leadership roles in Marketing and Sales at Dormer Pramet within the Sandvik Group and previously at Kennametal and Haimer. His appointment supports the company’s continued focus on customer-oriented growth and strong collaboration within the Plansee Group.
