The New STOPA FLEX 25 Storage System

The STOPA FLEX 25 is a compact and highly flexible sheet storage system designed to significantly enhance warehouse efficiency. As one of the world’s leading providers of automated storage solutions, STOPA brings its proven engineering expertise to this mid-format system.

The FLEX 25 incorporates established technology from the STOPA COMPACT II. It offers 200 mm of clearance above the towers and uses compartment rails that allow smooth insertion and removal of sheets. The system is engineered for 100 percent full-load capacity and is equipped with modern motors and comprehensive safety features. A newly integrated weighing unit has been integrated within the pallet lift.

Modular Flexibility
The system provides modular flexibility and can be configured either as a single-tower or double-tower storage system. It supports 360-degree connection of stations, enabling seamless workflow optimization, and it can be linked to as many as four processing machines.

Optimal Inventory Management
The STOPA FLEX 25 also enhances inventory management through its newly developed control architecture. The redesigned control panel improves operator convenience, while enhanced diagnostic and remote service capabilities enable faster and more efficient troubleshooting.

In terms of specifications, the system can be built with one or two towers and offers a height range from 2,900 mm to 7,850 mm. It accommodates sheet formats measuring 2,500 × 1,250 mm and provides loading heights of 130 mm. Unloading can be configured at heights of 130 mm, 200 mm, or 355 mm. Depending on the setup, it can hold between 6 and 62 storage compartments, each capable of supporting a load of up to 3,000 kg.
