Tenniken, Switzerland – The REGO-FIX Group, a leading manufacturer of high-precision tool clamping systems, announced a planned transition in its executive management. As of January 1, 2026, Richard Weber, long-standing CEO of REGO-FIX AG, will hand over operational leadership to Pascal Forrer. Following a careful evaluation process, the Board of Directors unanimously appointed Forrer as the new CEO.
Forrer has been with REGO-FIX since 2018, where he has been responsible for strengthening the company’s international focus in marketing and sales. With more than 20 years of experience in the machining industry and a strong market-driven approach, he has made a significant contribution to the sustainable global growth of the REGO-FIX Group. His appointment as CEO is the result of a long-term succession plan and underlines REGO-FIX’s commitment to continuity and sustainable leadership.
As of 2026, Weber will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors, focusing on the strategic direction of the REGO-FIX Group. Together with his brothers Andreas and Stefan Weber, both members of the Board of Directors, he will continue to take responsibility for the family-owned company. The long-standing and trust-based collaboration between Richard and Forrer will continue to ensure a close alignment between strategic and operational leadership in the future.
