CNC Pipe Bending Machines

The 1.5 inch, 3-axis CNC Pipe Bending Machine is a robust and precision-engineered solution designed for accurate and repeatable pipe bending operations. Powered by a hydraulic cylinder system, the machine efficiently handles pipe outer diameters ranging from 10 mm to 38 mm with wall thicknesses between 1 mm and 4 mm. It is suitable for bending pipes made of copper, stainless steel, and mild steel, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.

The machine supports clockwise bending with a maximum bending angle of 180 degrees and a maximum bending radius of 150 mm, ensuring flexibility for complex bend profiles. High-speed operation is achieved with a bending speed of 180° per/6 sec, while linear and rotary movements are precisely controlled through servo motor-based systems. Hydraulic cylinders manage critical operations such as pipe clamping, mandrel operation, pressure die guidance, and bending, ensuring consistency and reliability.

Equipped with a linear guide and ball screw mechanism, the machine offers smooth linear motion and high positional accuracy. Operating at 415V, 50Hz, 3-phase power with a 5 HP motor, it delivers dependable performance for demanding production environments.
