Six Sense Mobility Opens Noida Plant to Scale Automotive Electronics

Noida, India – Six Sense Mobility, a Noida-based deeptech automotive company, opened its first manufacturing facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on its fourth anniversary. The company has invested over INR 15 crore in setting up the manufacturing unit. This investment gives the company the in-house capacity to build the next generation of connected-vehicle electronics. That includes vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication, radar, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

The 40,000 sqft facility has an integrated electronics manufacturing and assembly line with an installed capacity of more than one million units a year. Hardware development, firmware, software integration, and production now sit under one roof. This gives Six Sense Mobility direct control over quality, customization, and timelines as automakers move toward software-defined, connected vehicles.

“Four years ago, we set out to build automotive electronics with full control over the hardware and software,” said Sumit Roy, Co-Founder and CEO, Six Sense Mobility. “This facility gives us the capacity to support larger customer programs and take technologies like V2X from the lab into vehicles at scale. Designing and manufacturing them here in India is our contribution to ‘Make in India’ and the journey toward ‘Viksit Bharat’.”

Backed by IIT Delhi and building on the investments by Piper Serica and Ashish Kacholia, the company has set an ambitious goal of developing products that are certified for global automotive applications, and its devices are already on the road in India and Europe. The company is targeting growth in North America and Southeast Asia. It also plans to triple its workforce over the next two years, adding about 300 engineering and manufacturing roles.
