DWL-1900XY 2-Axis Vertical Precision Digital Level

The Digi-Pas DWL-1900XY is the world’s first patented, affordable, wireless Bluetooth dual-axis vertical precision digital level. It is designed to replace conventional frame vial levels with dial gauges for inspecting and checking the parallelism of vertical spindle shafts.

The instrument provides simultaneous readings on the Zx and Zy vertical axes, as well as wireless angular measurements on the Hx and Hy horizontal axes via Bluetooth connectivity. Measurements are displayed in real time on a smartphone using the Digi-Pas Smart Level mobile app (one redeemable app included with each purchase; additional licenses available on Apple and Android app stores). This integration significantly reduces setup time for precision CNC machines and coordinate measuring equipment

Digi-Pas DWL1900XY provides precise measuring readings on both Zx and Zy axes simultaneously when combined with the DWL1500XY on the horizontal Hx and Hy axes at the surface of machine work-table levelling planes. It displays readings on the perpendicularity of vertical against horizontal planes, such as the parallelism between a CNC machine’s spindle shaft and its X–Y worktable surface.

Digi-Pas products are verified by third-party accredited calibration laboratories and test bodies in the United States, Japan, and Germany, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 standards, traceable to NIST, JIS, and DIN.
