HCL and Google Cloud Expand Partnership

Noida, India – A leading global technology company, HCL Technologies (HCL), brings its Actian Avalanche to Google Cloud expanding their partnership in aiding the digital transformation of organizations. The Actian portfolio is a high-performance hybrid cloud data warehouse, deployed by Fortune 500 customers for a range of use cases, including fraud detection, real-time offers, and market basket analysis, to deliver powerful insights to handle business complexities.

Avalanche enables a seamless path to migrate legacy data warehouses, to Google Cloud, including IBM Netezza and Oracle Exadata, via a hybrid-cloud offering leveraging Google Cloud’s Anthos application platform. To deliver a comprehensive solution that is easy to deploy and consume, it also features native integration with Google Cloud’s Looker business intelligence and analytics platform, as well as hundreds of popular SaaS and enterprise applications.

Prior to the Actian addition, collaboration of both the companies gave rise to HCL’s Google Cloud Ecosystem to accelerate enterprise cloud adoption worldwide. HCL has established three dedicated Google Cloud Native Labs to support customers, which provide business-focused design workshops to engage customers and seamlessly develop intellectual properties and minimum viable products across industries on Google Cloud.
