The Cut-to-Length Line with Magnetic Stacker is engineered for high-precision sheet processing, combining robust mechanical design with advanced leveling and stacking technology.

The line begins with a heavy-duty decoiler capable of handling coils up to 30 tonne, ensuring stable and controlled unwinding across a wide range of material grades and thicknesses. Material is then processed through a 6-Hi Precision Leveler equipped with adjustable backup rolls, enabling effective shape correction and consistent flatness. This configuration allows precise control over residual stresses, making the line ideal for applications demanding high surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

The line configuration operates on a start-stop principle with a loop system, ensuring smooth material flow during shearing operations. For higher productivity requirements, flying shear and rotary shear options are available, eliminating the need for a loop and enabling continuous operation.

Post shearing, cut sheets are conveyed seamlessly to a magnetic stacking system. Using controlled electromagnets, sheets are received and stacked in perfect alignment, ensuring scratch-free handling, clean edges, and orderly stacks ready for downstream processing or dispatch. This integrated solution delivers reliability, precision, and productivity for modern sheet metal processing operations.
