Engineered for versatility, the ITL-CnC 50/75 accommodates bar diameters from 10 mm to 75 mm and cut lengths between 50 mm and 650 mm. Its 10 HP saw motor supports both carbide-tipped and HSS saw blades and dual 5 HP chamfering heads with BT40 spindle, making it ideal for a wide range of cutting applications.

Intelligent Automation

Precision is at the heart of the ITL-CnC 50/75. Featuring AC servo motors and ball screw mechanisms, the machine ensures accurate feed rates and positioning. The chamfering heads are automatically indexed, reducing manual input and boosting productivity.

Machine Capabilities

The ITL-CnC 50/75 offers multiple operational capabilities to suit different production needs. It can perform bundle cutting of up to seven round bars or pipes in the 5–25 mm diameter range, achieving productivity levels of up to 40,000 components per day for 100 mm lengths.

The machine supports single bar or pipe cutting up to 75 mm in diameter. Dual-end chamfering operations for bars/pipes can deliver outputs of 4,000 to 8,000 parts per day, while combined chamfering and center drilling for single bars achieves production rates of 4,000 to 6,000 parts per day.

Feature-Rich Design

The machine is equipped with a range of features that enhance performance and ease of use. Depending on the model, it uses saw blades of varied diameters (Dia 420 x 2.7 x 40 mm - ITL-CnC 50 and Dia 460 x 2.7 x 40 mm - ITL-CnC 75) and TCMT or SCMT inserts for chamfering, with chamfer angles up to 45 degrees (max size 3 mm).

A micro mist cooling system supports clean cutting, while an intelligent PLC with a color touchscreen HMI simplifies machine control. Cutting speeds range from 50 to 200 meters per minute, allowing flexibility across materials and applications.

Built for Efficiency

Operational efficiency is further improved through hydraulic collet clamping for secure bar holding, a shuttle system with a 1000 mm stroke for precise indexing, and a chip auger for effective swarf removal. Safety and operator comfort are supported by integrated smoke and fume extraction along with LED work-area illumination.

Smart Programming & Monitoring

Operators can pre-set parameters such as feed rate, cutter speed, and job size. The system also tracks cutting time, cycle time, and number of cuts, making it ideal for high-volume production. The operation of these machines does not require a skilled operator. One operator can operate 4 to 5 machines simultaneously.

Optional features include an automatic bar loader for 6,000 mm bars and customized chamfering collets to accommodate different bar diameters. These enhancements allow the machine to be configured to specific production needs.
